Budget & Proposal
We put together a detailed, itemized budget based on the actual scope — not a placeholder number. If design work is still needed, we'll flag what's firm and what's estimated.

Permitting & Planning
We handle permit submissions and coordinate with your designer/architect where applicable, and sequence the work to minimize disruption to your business or building.

Construction
Adam is on site through the build, not just managing from an office. Regular updates so you always know where the job stands against budget and schedule.

Walkthrough & Closeout
Final walkthrough together, deficiencies addressed, permits closed, and documentation handed over.
